Elgin Rolled Gold (Gold Filled) Pocket Watch 1916 - Very Good Condition - Includes Double Albert

This Elgin Rolled Gold Pocket Watch was made in 1916 (Click here for info) by The Elgin National Watch Company in 1864, they manufactured high quality watches for 100 years. Only 1000 of this style were made. The gold plated double Albert watch chain (looks new) is included, so it is ready to wear, there is also a gold plated fob attached which is showing signs of wear.
9CT ROLLED GOLD NOT PLATED

The watch is in very good condition, the case has no dings, only minor scratches. The watch is in full working order and keeping time. There is no apparent wear to the gold, it looks and feels like a solid gold watch, the bezel and case back snap shut tightly. The dial measures 42mm in diameter and the outside case is a full 50mm in diameter. The case was made by Eclipse in England. The dial has some hairline cracks which are to be expected. The original watch crystal is slightly yellow to match the gold case (I presume), it is slightly scuffed but no cracks or chips. The watch weighs 92 grammes, the chain & fob weigh 32 grammes.
