Elephant Wood Plaque-Neat

This is a 7" wood look slab that is made to resemble a piece of sliced log with a handpainted highly detailed elephant on it. The plaque is resin but it looks like a real piece of wood with detailed bark on thew sides! Really neat and the picture doesn't do it justice. Very collectible. There is a hook on the back to hang it on the wall. Good condition with no chips or cracks.

I mail packages out once a day. I send an email to each buyer letting them know that their package has been shipped and when. Once the item is shipped from my end, I am not respondsible for replacing or refunding if the item doesn't arrive. I have had buyers especially outside the U.S. ask for a refund because their package was stuck in customs or never arrived.

I pack my items as securely as possible with bubble wrap and lots of shredded packing paper but as we all know the postal service and UPS is pretty rough with the packages.
I purchase all my postage labels and insurance online. If you do decide to purchase insurance and an item(s) are received damaged, you need the copy of invoice I send with the item, the damaged item, and the shipping carton with label for the post office to refund. I have checked with the post office in person and they say that is all that is needed. Again, I pack my items to the best of my ability to insure its safe arrival to you but accidents and damage does happen. I am not respondsible for items that arrive damaged once it leaves my hands, especially if insurance is not purchased. If insurance has been purchased, then you need to contact the post office or UPS so they can refund the insurance cost.
