PLEASE READ INFORMATION BELOW CAREFULLY BEFORE COMMITING TO A PURCHASE. THEY MAY APPEAR LONG BUT THEY ARE THERE FOR YOUR BENEFIT AND PEACE OF MIND.

PLEASE NOTE I DO NOT POST OUTSIDE THE UK or  to SOUTHERN IRELAND

All items are new, unused and genuine. We pride ourselves on items reaching our customers in the condition they are described in the listing. If for any reason you do not receive your item in this way please let me know as soon as possible. This way we can rectify the problem.

 PAYMENT :  Payment  is accepted Via PayPal , Cheques or Postal Order.  Please let me know using the eBay messaging service if you wish to send a cheque of postal orders so I can clarify the postal address. Payments must be made within 7 days from date of purchase unless other arrangements are agreed. If payment is not received within 7 days from date of purchase the item will be relisted.   Failure to meet these terms will result in you being BLOCKED from  making any further purchases from my site.

COMBINED POSTAGE ON MULTIPLE PURCHASES.: If you purchased more than one item, please DO NOT pay for items until I have sent you an amended invoice has I do give discount on multiple items.
 

POSTAGE:  All items are posted either ‘1st class recorded’ or ‘special delivery’  dependant on Value, Quantity and weight of items. Even though every effort is made to  get your purchases to you quickly, please take into account that the post office and take up to 7 days to deliver. Also 1st class does not mean that your item will be posted the same day.

Our posting days are Monday, Wednesday and Friday of each week

 * following receipt of payment.

Please make sure you are happy with the postage before making a purchase as no refunds will be given once the order has been processed.

 Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any delays in postage due to the Post Office. All items are sent recorded or special delivery so date of despatched can always be checked if your item is delayed or lost. We must point out that in the event of your order being lost once the parcel has been despatched items can only be claimed for after 15 days from date of postage. This is the time span given by the post office. Replacements or refunds cannot be issued within this 15 days. Please check the postage date on the parcel before leaving feedback regarding postage.

RETURNS/REFUNDS : Refunds will only be issued once the item/s are returned UNOPENED AND UNUSED AND IN THE SAME CONDITION AS THEY  WERE POSTED OUT.

It is the buyers responsibility to pay for the return postage. No refunds will be given for the initial postage costs.
