Faint "spotting" on chrome but no rust!

Item sold as not working.  It has a long lead but no plug is attached.

The dome of the base is just over 6.5 inches (16.7 cm) in diameter and stands approximately 3 inches (7.6 cm) high. 

The lady is 5.75 inches the (14.6 cm) tall, including the circlet she is holding.  This height does not include the electrical fitting. 

She is 3 inches (7.6 cm) at her widest point.

This stunning piece is a sure eyecatcher and welcome addition to any Art Deco collector or appreciator of the female form!
