Pre-programmed with over 400 foods and it gives you a breakdown of how may fats, carbs, carlories etc of what is in the food placed on it.  According to booklet you turn the scales on, place food on it (its just a clear disc easy to clean) enter the code out of the booklet and it tells you everything, you probably dont want to know!!
