We ship to the UK, Northern Ireland, Eire and the Islands. We have the facility to ship abroad - please call for details.

All postage stated is a standard mainland UK rate. This means some area's in Northern Scotland & the Highlands may be subject to a surcharge, as with Islands (Isle of Man,CI ), Northern Ireland and Eire.

Even if a item is shown as free P+P if it is to be delivered to one of the following postcodes a surcharge will apply.

Delivery

We offer a next-working service with carriers (exceptions are clearly stated on each advert - if in doubt please ask). When paying by credit/debit card, we will ship your item the same day (before 12.30 pm) .It will be with you between 8am-5pm the next working day where applicable. Please note the carriers are a third party company and we cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries. All items sent are FULLY insured so be rest assured if it gets lost or damaged in transit you will receive a replacement asap.

Refunds & Returns

We will offer a full refund and arrange an uplift under the following circumstances:

The item you receive is incorrect and not the item you ordered. The item is recieved damaged (we must be advised within 24hrs)

If you have ordered the item and changed your mind you may send the item back at your own cost and we will refund you less any handling charges and carriage (standard handling charge is 20%). Returns: Faulty Goods.


Faulty goods should be returned to us in a clean condition .For health & safety reasons we are unable to handle boots, clothing horse rugs etc., which are dirty, or soaking wet. We will evaluate the fault, and replace, repair or refund including carriage at our discretion. Please note that some products must be sent to the manufacturers for evaluation. We will make every effort to ensure that product complaints are dealt with efficiently, but cannot be held responsible for delays caused in transit etc.
