Return policy

I hope you will be delighted with the products that you have chosen.  However, should you wish to return any items, please notify me by e-mail within 7 days of receipt.  Please return the items within 14 days of receipt in perfect condition in the original packaging at your expense.  I will be happy to organise your refund or exchange on safe receipt of the returned products.

Unfortunately I cannot refund postage and packing costs unless the item is faulty.

Items should be returned to Bliss Gardens & Interiors, 92 London Road, Ruscombe, Berkshire RG10 9HH,  enclosing a copy of your original invoice, along with a note stating the reason for the return or exchange and details of the alternative item(s) required if applicable.

Please ensure that you obtain proof of posting from Royal Mail.  I cannot accept responsibility for Returns parcels which are lost in transit.  The parcel and its contents are your responsibility until it reaches me.  Please retain your proof of posting.
