Satin Walnut was a frequently used timber in furniture manufacture at the turn of the twentieth century and there emanated a whole range of beautiful bedroom articles fashioned from this durable and versatile wood. With that very light almost walnut grain defining the timber and a golden amber hue to finish, this is a delightful piece of bedroom furniture. In days when people are searching for a light and airy feel to rooms and colour schemes with decor to match this would be the perfect furniture addition to compliment that kind of interior design. The dressing table, from the Edwardian era has a certain Art Nouveau feel to it with the elegant carved designs featured in the mirror frame. From the top the mirror is crowned with a shaped ornate decorative piece with a carved central heart shaped motif. The mirror has a bevelled edge and has no pitting to the glass. Square cut and with a moulded frame the mirror is a striking centrepiece to a beautiful piece of furniture. Flanking this either side a stunning carved support frame in moulded satin walnut. The base unit of the vanity is again satin walnut and comprises of a single drawer unit, with fabulous Art Nouveau style copper handles. For storage of personal items and other intricacies. The legs then are marvellous turned tapering legs in the same timber as the rest of the vanity, with superb attention to detail, fine and delicate yet robust enaough to support thid delightful piece of furniture. There is some slight wear as is in keeping with the age of the piece and minor dings appear around the dresser that tell the story of it's illustrious history. A superb item of bedroom furniture!

Payment Methods
We accept Paypal; Credit/Debit card; Personal cheque, payable to ‘Betel of Britain’; Cash On Collection; Postal Order; Bankers Draft. WE DO NOT ACCEPT MONEY ORDERS OR BANK TRANSFERS. For quickest dispatch time please pay via Paypal or Credit/Debit card.
Postage & Packing
Postage or shipping costs are non-negotiable. Please check cost of delivery prior to bidding - If you feel delivery is too expensive please DO NOT BID. Please contact us regarding quotes for overseas shipping or for shipping outside of England and Wales. All items are sent either by specialist antiques courier or via Royal Mail. Royal mail items are always sent recorded or special delivery. We do charge for packing materials and time entailed in packing items over & above delivery costs; this is included in quoted delivery price. We accept no liability for damage/loss of goods in the post, but we will give buyers all help necessary in making a claim for compensation against the Post Office or other carrier. Proof of posting is always obtained and will be kept for one month following delivery. Postage will be discounted for buyers buying more than one item at the same time.
We are happy for customers to collect their purchase at their own liability, or arrange for their own courier service to collect, subject to prior arrangement, again we accept no liability for loss or damage incurred as a result of not using our recommended services.
Dispatch
All items delivered via Royal Mail will be dispatched within three days of payment being received. Items being sent via courier will be booked within three days of payment - delivery to be confirmed by the couriers with approximate date and time of delivery. Delivery is usually within 14 - 21 days however in certain circumstances this may be exceeded with the prior knowledge and agreement of the customer. Measurements

Refunds
Within seven working days of having received the goods the customer has the right to open a dispute and request a refund. Windmill Furnishings are willing to offer full reimbursement on the price of the item purchased however any cost incurred in the return of the goods must be covered by the customer. Buyers should also be aware that Windmill Furnishings will not refund any delivery charges. In the instance of a discrepancy please contact us to discuss requirements. We will be happy to offer refunds however we urge buyers to please ensure items are suitable BEFORE BIDDING.
Cancellation of Bids/Purchases
We reserve the right to cancel a bid or purchases from any buyer who arouses suspicion as to their reliability/credibility or who have not read/complied with the terms and condition of sale. We will not enter into communication on this.
Feedback
We ask that if your feedback is less than 10 that you contact us prior to bidding. We will always endeavour to leave positive feedback as we believe fully in the ebay community system and we would ask that you do the same. We will leave feedback only after we have received it from the customer. We do ask that in the case of a problem with the item that you contact us before posting feedback as we are always prepared to work with our customers to resolve any issue pertaining to the transaction.
Items may be returned within 7 days of receipt of the goods providing they are still in the condition as described in the listing however any costs incurred for the return are the responsibility of the customer.
