If goods are not to the buyer's satisfaction, please return within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. If the item has not been described accurately, the buyer's return postage costs will also be refunded. If goods arrive broken or damaged, the buyer should contact me as soon as possible. I will usually refund in full for broken items, but I will need a photograph of the damage, or the goods returned. I will then claim compensation from Royal Mail. Buyers are asked to contact me if they are in any way unhappy with their purchase, as most problems can be resolved amicably to the mutual satisfaction of all concerned. |
