Edwardian Mahogany Antique Dish Top Wine / Occasional Table

This beautiful Edwardian mahogany antique wine / occasional / lamp table ca 1900 has a circular one piece solid mahogany dish top. The piece stands on a beautiful turned pedestal with tripod splayed legs and pad feet. The base has a small old repair and the piece is a rich medium mahogany colour with a striking grain, good patina, is in good condition and has been beautifully cleaned using a traditional form of wax finishing.

Items of this age and quality are becoming very rare to find and they are not just a beautiful piece of furniture but also a very good investment. A piece of furniture of this quality should sell for around £800. In a London antique shop it would have a price tag of well over £1000.
