Edwardian Georgian Style Mahogany Knee Hole Desk
This Georgian style knee hole desk is a very good quality piece of Edwardian furniture, and it will make a lovely addition to any room.
It's top provides a neatly sized area of work space, and the drawer fronts are lined with excellent flame mahogany veneers, as is the door, while shaped bracket feet provide a most pleasing means of support.
The 7 pine lined drawers are fitted with pierced brass handles which contribute so well to the appearance of this desk, and an equally attractive pierced brass escutcheon is fitted to the door, so too is a working lock with key. A lock is also fitted to the top drawer, but there is no key to work it.
The condition is generally very good when you consider that this piece is over 100 years old, however there are some minor marks consistent with age and use to mention, including some light scratches and small marks to the top, while the front is faded in comparison to the rest of the desk.
The height measures 29 3/4 inches.
The width measures 33 inches.
The depth measures 19 1/4 inches.
The height to the knee hole measures 22 1/2 inches.

This item cannot be posted as it is too large and fragile. We carry out all deliveries in person, and each item of furniture is fully insured from the time of it's purchase to the time of it's delivery.
We deliver to most parts of mainland UK, but we advise that you request a quote for delivery before placing a bid or making a purchase so you are fully aware of the cost. We will combine multiple purchases to reduce delivery costs, and small items will go free with larger items.
We do not allow cash on delivery sorry.
Customers are welcome to collect, but by appointment only as we run an unmanned warehouse.
