The pre-curser to the Madeline dolls, this outfit was designed for the Eden Magic Charm Poseable Dolls. Magic Charm Dolls were, like Madeline dolls, taken from a charming children's story. By Elizabeth Koda-Callan the Magic Charm stories featured wholesome little girls, in moralistic stories such as "The Shiny Skates", "The Magic Locket" and "The Good Luck Pony". The dolls were VERY similar in every way to the Madeline doll and the dresses and outfits fit Madeline and her friends perfectly, whilst retaining the traditional style and good quality. "Lucky Charm" dolls are often seen pictured and listed with Madeline dolls because of their similarity and because they can be used alongside Madeline dolls as "little sisters" etc. , These outfits are now very hard to find in Boxed Condition! This is the Red Velvet Dress Outfit The cute traditional style of this outfit and the hours of added play value that this gives you has ensured that it is still very popular indeed! This cute outfit includes: Scarlet Red Velvet Dress with white lace edging to the hem of the skirt, white short socks and Black traditional Mary Jane Shoes. This item is in BRAND NEW - BOXED - Condition. Marked 1999 Eden Toys to bottom of the Box. **Collectors Please Note** This item and box are in MINT condition with no visible shelf wear whatsoever to the plastic coating etc. As with ALL our BNIB (Brand New in Box) Items this will arrive to you in a BOX with packaging NOT a padded envelope! - This is to ensure that there is no crushing whilst in the hands of the Postal Service!
