Returns Policy.

In the unlikely event your item is faulty.

My returns policy is only valid for 7 days from receipt of goods. However you must inform us via e-mail within 3 working days of any faulty items.

Please note due to hygiene reasons Wigs cannot be exchanged or refunded for any reason.

To return faulty products please e-mail me to advise the reason for your return. 

Please return the item in its original packaging with all bags and tags with full contact information, e-bay item number, and wrap the package securely before you return it to me. 

IMPORTANT: PLEASE SEND RECORDED DELIVERY ONLY. The cost of the return postage will be the customers' liability. We will replace faulty products with the same product or refund back to a paypal account if necessary.

No replacement items or refunds will be issued until the returned items have been received by us.
