Return and Exchanges:
Your purchase is backed by a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will accept a return or exchange under the following terms and conditions:
• Items must be posted back within 7 days of receiving.
• Items must be returned in unworn and resalable condition including the shoe/boot box. Do not put tape or labels directly onto the shoebox.
• The Shipping/handling fees are not refundable
• For all returns the customer is responsible for paying a $10 restocking fee. The $10 restocking fee will not be issued if the item received by the customer is defective and the customer can show proof by sending a picture to the seller.
• For exchanges we will waive the restocking fee, but the customer is still responsible for all shipping/handling costs back to us and then reshipping/handling fees for the return shipment to the customer |
