1.       For time of shipment, we normall send out paid lots within 24 hours by REGISTERED AIRMAIL (Except Saturday, Sunday and public holiday). It takes normally 14-21 days to arrive USA or Europe. Asian countries would be faster. However, sometimes there may be post office delay especially in USA which we cannot help. Registered post is very safe so please don’t worry and be patient. If you do not receive the lots in 21 days you can send eBay message asking for tracking number, so that you can see the shipment status of the lots. (Available for many countries). If you don't want to wait please send US$25 for Global EMS, it will arrive in 5 to 7 days.

2.       Total purchase over US$500, all lots MUST be sent by Global EMS, cost US$25.

3.       CHINA buyers please provide your address in CHINESE, all lots will be shipped from our office in SHANGHAI by registered post. Postage is SAME for all buyers from anywhere. \

4.       Please note that we have much too many emails to reply. Please use eBay Message system for communication. DON’T send or reply by email. We WILL NOT read our mail box.

5.       Please use eBay checkout system for sending payment by paypal, or inform us by eBay Message when you sent payment for eBay lots.

6.       If you have any questions concerning the condition of the eBay lots, please ask BEFORE ending of auction instead of after auction.

7.       All payment due must be settled in 7 days uncless communication in advance, or we will post non-pay-bidder alert after 7 days at the end of the auction.

8.      Please note that Buyers with +ve feedbacks less than 5 will be restricted to bid our auction lots, unless we agree to release block through proper communication.
