Carrying a rifle any distance can cause problems. Generally most rifle cases / bags aren't designed to be carried for any distance, the shoulder straps are too narrow and the case just doesn't hang comfortably on your shoulders, plus it's a real pain - literally! Carrying by the handle isn't always a solution if you have other items you want to carry.

This military style carry bag has a shoulder harness system similar to a rucksack. The cased rifle is carried centrally between the shoulder blades with the weight evenly distributed and the barrel down, so the weight is distributed across the shoulders evenly which is much easier to carry and much more comfortable.

Suitable for nearly any scoped rifle or air rifle, it could be used with shotguns as well.
