Very beautiful Solid Brass Ships Clock from very early 1900s that has a nice undented / undamaged case thats obtained a rich patination..
The case measures 7.5" across the opening front bezel that hold the thick flat bevel edged front glass over the 6.5" convexed enamelled dial thats in excellent undamaged condition..
The front glass has an old crack which adds character to it and the original movement has been replaced with a qtz battery movement which is a lot less work..
All the above has been mounted onto an Old Oak Bulkhead which also has acquired a nice patina..
This clock well warrants a wind up movement being installed..
The gap between centre hand hole and single winder hole is 33/35 mm..
Even left as is, its still a very nice but extremely heavy ( 4 Kilo's ) unpacked..
Please feel free to ask any questins..
