Newly added to our exclusive range are the stunning side panels with three corner shelves. Ideal for all your showering essentials, these units are fully compatible with all our other types of shower doors and supplied in a wide variety of sizes. Manufactured from rounded tempered 6mm glass they attach to the wall with the aid of adjustable connectors and to the glass through the specially created holes. The shelves are equally spaced in height to enable the entire panel to be universal, i.e. can be flipped upside down or left to right.

We are happy to work around your needs, so if you only need the door and tray, or just the door from this exciting combination, just let us know and we can adjust the price accordingly. Flexibility is paramount, you can choose to construct the enclosure with the side panel on the left or right hand side; you can even turn the door upside down, allowing you to create the shower of your dreams!

Featurettes

Manufactured to an exceptionally high standard and conforms to BS6206 classification 'A' such a high safety standard gives you ultimate peace of mind, allowing you to relax, unwind and cleanse in comfort. The construction of our durable doors is executed with precision to perfection; all screws are concealed by full length aluminium covers. Wall profiles are terminated by rounded chrome effect cover caps and all profile marriages are finished off by stylised discrete ligatures. The threshold profiles are rounded to avoid lacerations as you traverse and glass is slotted in and firmly secured by clear rubberised seals (not fiddly plastic clips which can harbour unsightly residue).

If your enclosure boasts one of our heavy duty corner posts, these are supplied with pairs of rounded chrome effect cover caps (corner posts are only included when your shower enclosure includes a side panel).

Do you want to swing both ways?

In-Swinging doors are reversible (can be erected to open in either direction) and excellent for bathrooms where space is at a premium, also avoiding those jolly annoying drips on your brand new floor – how marvellous is that! The exclusively constructed mechanism is carefully crafted to ensure the door glides back with ease, when fully open the door is halfway inside the frame.

If like us your house builder decided to scamper off abandoning you with walls which are not completely flat, then we know just how you feel and you have our every sympathy, but you needn't fret as this enclosure boasts a 20mm tolerance adjustment on both wall profiles to accommodate those jolly annoying imperfections!

This shower enclosure comes complete with a luxurious acrylic capped stone resin tray which is designed to last a lifetime, and contoured with a distinctive tread pattern to reduce the risk of slipping (tread designs can vary from raindrops to polka dots). Our beautiful trays need a waste, which we can also supply for just £15.00, if you would like a waste adding to your order just get on the blower and give us a tinkle. There is an awful lot to read here, so our apologies if you start to lose the will to live half way through, but we have tried to cover all eventualities and is a result of previous customer questions.

Telephone Numbers

This world is hectic enough as it is, so we make it part of our service to arrange the delivery with you personally; when you send your payment, please ensure you supply a contact telephone number to enable us to call you and agree a suitable delivery date (you can choose your own day). Be aware that products are not despatched until we have spoken to you and remember to advise us of a contact telephone number for the delivery day if it differs from the billing details.

When to expect your item

Our chosen courier offers a fully insured ‘next working day service’ to 70% of mainland UK between 8:00am and 6:00pm; Monday to Friday. We do request that the driver calls you an hour before the delivery occurs to make sure you're at home. The delivery will take longer if your postcode prefix appears within the £75.00, £95.00 & £180.00 carriage surcharge lists.

The Next Working Day Service

A next day delivery service is available and incurs a £10.00 surcharge, however it is not guaranteed to be available at all times for all products. Eligibility for the 'next working day' service requires you to speak to one of our wonderful customer service operatives before 12:00pm to ensure your item is loaded on to the truck. Next working day is unavailable if your delivery postcode is within the £75.00, £95.00 or £180.00 surcharge zones.

Please make sure you're at home

Somebody must be able to sign for the delivery at your selected address (this includes friends or neighbours, but not your dog!). If you want your beautiful item taken round to an alternative address (including your workplace) then just let us know; we are happy to work around you. If the courier arrives and finds nobody home regrettably you will be charged a penalty of £50.00 for reattempting the delivery. All our items are for delivery only, unfortunately we unable to offer customer collection at any time.

Postcode Exceptions

The standard delivery is FREE of charge, although this does vary depending on your postcode prefix. Carriage surcharges DO apply to certain areas, to avoid any confusion you MUST check the postcode exceptions list BEFORE you commit to bidding/buying, don’t forget you are entering into a binding agreement with us when you click the ‘confirm bid’ button.

Pricing & Payment

We always ensure you pay the lowest price, this includes delivery. It is not our policy to combine postage charges on our goodies, but if you are courageously renovating your whole bathing haven, we can offer discounted rates on three or more items purchased from our range.

You can speed up the whole postage process by calling to pay by credit card over the phone and arrange your delivery at the same time. We offer VAT invoices for your records which we post out with credit/debit card receipts (these are not automatically sent if you pay through PayPal, but can be requested).

For £50.00 you can even specify a Saturday delivery (between 8am-1pm)

Returns, Damages & Guarantees

Items must be checked on receipt. Your item contains fragile components and on rare occasions they can break in transit, if you believe it to be broken (i.e. if you can hear it rattling inside the box), please do not sign for it, the driver will return it to us and we will promptly despatch a new one to you. We must be informed of any transport damage (unsigned for) within 24hrs. We cannot be held responsible for broken or missing parts after this time. All our items are guaranteed for 12 months, defective items or faulty parts will be replaced within this time.

The Nasty Bits

We will not be held responsible for any personal loss incurred during the installation of our products. Any modification to our products will invalidate the warranty. We do our very best to ensure that your items reach you on the date agreed, however we cannot be responsible for delays in delivery when events occur beyond our control, please bear this in mind when you take annual leave from work or arrange the services of a professional fitter, which we only recommended you do after you receive your goods as we strictly will not reimburse plumbers invoices or your time. We do not guarantee that this or any of our products will be congruous with your existing fixtures and fittings, if you are purchasing more than one item from us and need assistance regarding the compatibility of those products don’t hesitate to get in touch. Ancillary items used in the photographs to accentuate the products are not included in the sale.
