This Kit Contains 10 Buildings
 
There are six kits available in each gauge (OO&N). These can be used either for War games using 15mm & 25mm figures or for model Railways.

These are proving popular with both the novice builder who prefers the easy method of assembly added to the realism of the models, and the experienced modellers who find them simple to adapt & enhance. They are realistically printed and are near to scale if not true scale. This Kit Contains Four Three Storey Factory buildings with walls and gate, which can be used singly or as a long row, or as a four apex building. Two Business Units which are a Motor Factors and a Print Shop and four new houses not on Kits 1, 2 and 3. Although these are not precision scale models they are realistic, close to true scale and very effective. We sell many of these to experienced modellers who require maximum "cover" at minimal cost.  Printed on high grade 160/180gsm card and presented in book format with perforated pages for easy removal, the patterns themselves are not perforated. These Kits enable you to enhance your Model Railway cheaply and realistically. There are no awkward "fiddly bits" to cut out, although a very few parts are necessarily small, and they are suitable for age range 10+. Included with the kit is a CD containing more buildings for you in PDF (complete with Acrobat Reader) to print and assemble. Preferred adhesive is PVA but a Power Pritt stick also works well. The cover may vary but the contents are as stated
