We despatch EVERY day that the post office is open except for weekends, and we usually send out all items that have been paid for, by 1pm that day.
This item specifically goes recorded delivery for UK postage and international signed for outside of the UK. Our products do not fit through the letter box and sometimes a delivery has been attempted where a note doesnt hasnt been left (UK ONLY) and the item may still be at the sorting office.
However since these items are sent recorded delivery we are able to supply the tracking number on request
We usually confirm via email the date that the item has been despatched.
