Every care is taken to ensure you are happy with your purchase and that it reaches you in perfect condition. Every item is sent to you in a protective wrapping AND a bubble/padded envelope (that includes single badges!)

I try to post orders on a daily basis, including Saturday. While this is by no means guaranteed, your item will be dispatched within 2 days of payment.

If your item has not arrived has not arrived with 7 days please LET ME KNOW.
Please note: the Post Office do not consider an item ‘lost’ until 15 days from dispatch date!

A refund (minus postage) or replacement will be offered for items lost in the post.
