EXTREME SPEED Kowa 37.5mm f1.1 lens 4 adaptation? Will fit 16mm C-mount or CCTV format

Ultra fast speed lens by Kowa, made for CCTV use or can be used on 16mm (C-mount) cine cameras, rear mount can be unscrewed for closer approach to rear element, will cover approx. 1/2 frame 35mm format (18x24mm) might suit close up use on Digital SLR / DSLR. The 37.5mm focal length is within the 10% tolerance range for 35mm objectives. Quite why Kowa chose to cll this a 37.5mm lens, rather than the obvious 35mm is something I'll never know but the difference is negligible and (I hope) you can understand that buyers would relate to 35mm better than a 37.5mm lens being listed.
