If payment is mailed to us, please ensure that there is a copy of the ebay invoice enclosed, cheques cannot be banked and items will not be dispatched if I don't have the relevant item number. If items are received by courier, they must be signed for as unchecked, as damages cannot be claimed for otherwise. Payment is to be received within 7 days of sale. Purchase errors: If you purchase an item and decide you no longer require it we will accept it back on the following terms. The item is returned to us within 7 days of receipt, it arrives back to us in perfect resellable condition (not to have been removed from the packaging), a refund will be issued minus a 10% restocking fee and minus the postage and packing fee. If you wish to exchange the product, ie. to a larger model, the restocking fee may be wavered. Return postage costs will not be refunded.
