WHAT ARE "GRADED" PRODUCTS?

Graded products have often been opened and found to be incomplete (no remote or no instructions for instance).  If any items are missing then we replace them and then repack the goods. We will never understate any damage so that you are always happy with the condition of the goods. All graded products come with a 12 month RTB warranty except for corded headphones which have a 3 month warranty.
