The creators of the Soda-pop Label, Jayne & Alex, are two sisters with the vision / goal of making top quality clothing at a competitive prices “We have felt for some time that the quality of clothing in comparison to the price available on the High Street and Online clothing stores seemed disjointed and we wanted to address the balance”
Soda-pop's aim is to bring you up to date Fun, Fresh and Funky Fashions using top quality fabrics and manufacturers at a good and competitive price

Payment Methods

Please ensure your payment is received within 7 days from auction end.
Paypal is our preferred method of payment accepted for no extra charge, this method is also the quickest way to get your payment to us so that we may dispatch your items. 
We will also accept payment for UK BUYERS only by: Cheque, Direct Bank Transfer or postal order. 
Please make these payable to Soda pop Ltd and be sure to put your ebay item number and your full name and address in with the payment so that we may process your order as quickly as possible. 
Please allow up to 7days for personal cheques to clear.

Shipping Info

We post 3 days a week, Monday, Wendsday and Friday. 
All payments received by 9.15am on those particular days will be despatched that day, any payments received after that time will be despatched on the next post day, we are unable to fulfil indivdual requests to post items outside of these times
All items we dispatched are required to have an online tracking number and require a signature upon delivery. 
UK items will be sent by DHL Recorded Delivery. Once items have been dispatched you can expect to receive your Item within 2-3 working days working days (mon-fri)
INTERNATIONAL Items are sent by International Signed for which requires a signature
Postage to EU Counties can take up to 7 days for delivery other parts of the world can expect an item to take up to 2 weeks for delivery due to location and incoming custom delays

Customs and Import Duties
Your order MAY be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. 
Soda-pop cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be paid by YOU in order for your package to clear customs.
Soda-pop is not responsible for payment of these duties and taxes, YOU as the buyer will be required to pay them.

Discounts on postage for multiple items purchased
we are happy to offer reduced postal rates for multi purchaces. For UK buyers, the heaviest garment is charged at it's full postal cost, each additional garment is charged at £1.00 postage. To qualify for reduced postal rates, please ensure there is a gap of no more than 7 days between the 1st garment purchased and the last one you plan to purchase.
For international buyers, the heaviest garment is charged at it's full postal cost, each additional garment is charged at £3.00 postage. To qualify for reduced postal rates, please ensure there is a gap of no more than 7 days between the 1st garment purchased and the last one you plan to purchase.
Please do not use the checkout until you have completed your bidding/buying if you plan to purchase more than one garment. An invoice will be emailed to you once you have completed buying.

Returns & Terms

REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY
Buy It Now Items:
We are happy to refund (excluding postage) if an item is unsuitable when notified within 7 days of receipt of the item. The returning item must be dispatched within 3 days of informing us that a refund is required.
1. Goods must be unused and in the same condition as purchased with all packaging and tag intact. 
2. We won't be able to refund the item until we have received the parcel back and it has been inspected by our Returns Department. All returns will be processed within 10 working days or as soon as practically possible.
3. We won't be able to refund if your returned item is lost in the post so we would advise you to return the item by recorded delivery which insures your item for damage or loss.
4. Please make sure the item is returned with a copy of your original invoice or details of the item number and your ebay user id, to enable us to process the refund.
Auction Items including 2nd chance offers:
We operate a NO RETURNS policy on all of our AUCTION & 2ND CHANCE OFFERS, however we will be happy to exchange the item for another size where stock is available and subject to demand and cost. The buyer will need to cover all postage return costs. 
1. Should you wish to exchange an item you must get conformation by email that the stock is available; the item must then be returned to us within 5 days. (please do bear in mind although we may have the size you require listed within our shop, this may be the last one we have left, in these circumstances we will be unable to process your request.)
2. Goods must be unused and in the same condition as purchased with all packaging and tags intact. 
3. We won't be able to exchange the item until we have received the parcel back (we strongly advise you to return the item by recorded delivery so you are able to claim should the item be lost or damaged in the post) All returns will be processed within 7 working days or as soon as practically possible.
4. Please make sure the item is returned with a copy of your original invoice or details of the item number and your ebay user id, together with the return postage costs and a note explaining the size you wish to exchange for.
Faulty Items:
In the rare cases where we send an item that is faulty simply return your item together with your original invoice and we will either give you a full refund or send out a replacement (subject to stock). Return postage by First Class Recorded delivery is your responsibility, but we will refund the cost of your return postage on receipt of your returned item.
We will endeavour to resolve any problems that may arise from your purchase and would kindly ask that you contact us as soon as possible should a problem arise

All items despatched will require a signature. Items are despatched via DHL for UK customers and by Royal Mail International signature for customers outside the UK. 
It has been over Six working days since I paid and I still have not received my parcel?
Please do contact us and we will be happy to dig out the tracking details for you and with the help of DHL we will give you what ever information we can as to the current position of your delivery.
In the unlikely event that the goods have been lost in the post we will submit the nessesary claims on your behalf and issue you with a refund if further stock is not available.
How can I pay for my Items?

How do I know which Size I am?
