Please read before you buy it now bid 1. Condition of items a. All of our items are, & also could be x-display; end of line stock or ex demo models clearance-stock, ex-catalogue and shop return. Items are only new if this is stated on the listing; most items are in as new condition although there may be slight marks or blemishes due to items being ex display etc.
B. some items are described are graded: - it means that it has been purchased direct from a major high street retailer and fully tested and re-boxed. Some products may have some small cosmetic marks; this does not affect the quality of the product.
Product(s) for sale fall into one of the following three categories:
A – Customer returns and ex display in virtually "As New" condition & complete with all accessories.
B+ Customer returns in graded condition with minimal signs of use. Complete with accessories (may not have instruction books), mostly in original boxes.
B Customer returns missing some accessories but working. Product can have more visible signs of use.
C If the original instructions are not available for an item, then a photocopied / downloaded and printed manual will be provided or the manual will be supplied on CD.
Our items may or may not come with a manufacturers warranty card, however it is totally down to the manufacturers if they honour these warranties.
2. Communication
If you need to contact us regarding an item, please contact us through contact seller on eBay. We try and answer all questions within 48 hours.
3. Payment
a. Payment must be received via Paypal within 24 hours of purchase.
Other payment methods are not accepted such as postal orders and bankers drafts.
b. We do not accept personal cheques. Please contact us to let us know if there will be a delay with payment.
4. Postage
a. We are unable to allow collections for any item / items.
b. We can combine postage for multiple items, please contact us stating which items you would like to purchase and we will give you a price for shipping.
5. Delivery
a. Item will be shipped to the address on Pay Pal receipt only and delivery address cannot be changed after payment is completed.
b. All items are securely packaged, labelled and are dispatched within 24-48 hours of payment being received (excluding weekends). Depending on the size and weight of the item it will be delivered by Royal Mail, Parcel force, DHL or UPS or Businesspost.
c. We only use recorded services so all items are fully traceable. All customers will receive a dispatch notification and the item should be delivered within 2-5 working days unless stated otherwise.
d. If for any reason you or the person at the delivery address refuses to accept delivery of the products, all risk in the products shall pass to you and we may, at our discretion, charge for return of the products to us, a storage fee and a redelivery fee to another address nominated by you. 6. Insurance
A. insurance is not included but additional insurance is available at a premium (Please enquire).
b. If you do not receive your goods within 5 working days of payment, please contact us and we will trace the goods for you.
c. Postal Insurance is up to £36 only and subject to Royal Mail’s terms and conditions. If an item is lost in the post, we are unable to take any action for claim until 15 working days from the date of despatch.
7. Returns
a. We accept returns 7 days of receipt if you change your mind. Upon receiving the item back in satisfactory condition, un-opened, un-used we will refund your money excluding any postage charges.
b. All units are removed from packaging tested, and repacked prior to any listing being entered to ensure all items are in working condition.
c. If in the unlikely event the item is found to be faulty it must be reported to us within 3 days and return within 7 days of receipt. The buyer must cover return postage for any item returned to us and we will refund the original postage paid if a refund is requested. We will cover the cost of sending a replacement item to you.
d. No postage will be refunded if the returned item is found not to be faulty when tested.
e. Items returned for a refund must include all the original items undamaged, in re-saleable condition, with all manuals, accessories etc.
f. When returning an item please include the eBay item number and user name. It is the purchasers responsibility to ensure that returned items are adequately wrapped to prevent any damage occurring. However, goods returned damaged, incomplete or unfit for re-sale will be re-valued and the cost of the defect will be deducted accordingly.
g. All items are security marked and any returned items will be checked for this mark.
h. Refunds will only be issued once we have confirmed Serial Markings, Security Marks.
I. We will only issue a refund for an item if we can’t offer an exact replacement.
