Product information
1. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the website. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery. 
2. All sizes and measurements are approximate, however we do make every effort to ensure they are as accurate as possible. 
3. We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. We reserve the right to refuse orders where product information has been mis-published including prices and promotions. 
4. Prices are subject to change without notice. Prices are inclusive of VAT. 
5. Goods are subject to availability. As there is a delay between the time when the order is placed and the time when the order is accepted, the stock position relating to particular items may change. If an item you have ordered becomes out of stock before we accept the order we shall notify you as soon as possible and you will not be charged for the out of stock items. 
6. We continually update our online store. From time to time our retail stores may run special local promotions (which may not be available on our web-site) or we may offer special discounts online that are not available in the retail stores.

Return policy

We are happy to refund any purchases provided they are returned by registered mail in their original condition, to the address below, within 14 working days from receipt. Please be sure to clearly mark your return shipment as returned goods on any customs or postal forms. We will refund any sums that you have paid to us with the exception of postage and packing. Only products that are in their original condition will be refunded, others will be returned to the customers at their own cost.

In addition, footwear must be returned in the original, undamaged box and must be wrapped in an extra outer layer as this is considered part of the product. We are unable to accept merchandise which is not received in the above specified conditions.

Please note; Any customer returns from outside of the EU to us, we do not accept any returns via Fedex carrier due to their ancillary charges we incur. 

If Fedex is used, the customer will be re-charged the ancillary cost which is around £30.00 per package.

Please remember to enclose a completed returns form (see the reverse of the packing slip enclosed with your parcel), indicating the reason for return and whether you would prefer a refund or replacement. Customers are advised to obtain proof of postage when returning the goods.

We regret that we cannot accept any returned items that incur import charges. To avoid these charges we suggest that you do not use a courier company such as DHL, Fedex or UPS, instead please use a registered mail service that requires a signature on delivery.
