"Evidence" explains the fundamentals of the law of evidence and looks at the principles behind it. It is aimed at satisfying the needs of undergraduates approaching the subject, while also providing a clear and practical exposition of the law for LPC and BVC students. Payment in Pounds Sterling: We accept payment by cheque, bank draft, through PayPal. To pay by PayPal simply follow the ebay Checkout procedure at the end of the sale. 

Shipping charges: Postage in UK see below. If outside the UK please email me and I investigate postal charges for you. If you purchase more than one lot they can be shipped together for, in many cases a reduced fee, please contact me on completion of the auctions in question for further information. Please note that International Postage is higher than UK postage and sometimes adds considerably to the cost of the item you are buying. Shipping is at Buyers Risk, should you require recorded or special delivery please email me for prices, however these items are only dispatched on a Saturday.

     I will do bulk postage.  So if you have won an auction of mine but wish to wait until another you are bidding on ends then just email me to let me know.

THE FOLLOWING REALLY IS IMPORTANT TO READ....

PLEASE NOTE - As a result on an increasing number of non-paying bidders it is, in order to recover fees from eBay, policy is now to file non-paying bidder alerts if payment not received after 15 days from the closure of the auction, or if no communication is received after 5 days of the closure of the auction.  In addition to the above if paying by cheque please ensure you cheque guarantee card number is on the reverse.  Failure to comply will result in goods being dispatched after cheque has cleared.

For US buyers, who are buying food / drink and items requiring Prior Notices, note it will be the buyers responsibility to provide the necessary shipping information.  This is a new requirement of the US Government

I do my very best to describe items accurately but may inadvertently leave something out that I'm not aware should be included and that may be important to an avid collector ~ all items are sold as-is. 
A smart bidder asks questions and I encourage you to do so before bidding.  If I have unknowingly misstated something in my auction, I am always happy to receive an email correcting the misstatement.
