Item(s) must be in the same condition that it was sent in and the products packaging must be intact and undamaged.
Only the value of the item(s) will be refunded excluding P+P.
Please contact us prior sending the item(s) back so arrangements can be made.
Replacement / refund (excludes P+P cost) will be given on defective item's upon return.
I will not be held responsible for item(s) that are damaged / broken during transit, this should be reported to your local postal service unless the item is insured then in most cases a replacement will be sent. |
