All sales are final. Contact is expected within 3 days of auction end and payment is expected within 10 days of auction end. If you cannot or do not intend to meet these obligations, Do Not Bid! We will leave negative feedback on anyone who does not contact us in a timely manner. We do understand that the universe doesn't always deal a fair hand so if you are having problems paying, please contact us to work things out.
RETURNS & FEEDBACKS
We try very hard to make sure each of our items are accurately pictured and described. If you think we have failed at the description for a particular item, PLEASE let us know.
If we have, indeed, failed to give an accurate description of an item you have purchased and received, Please let us know, we can offer a trade, credit, return or refund depending on the circumstances.
If you receive an item that you just don't want, you may return it for a refund (herbs, oils, soaps, salts, lotions and handmade items excluded). We do not refund shipping.
We leave positive feedback, in good faith, for everyone who pays in a timely manner. Please show us the courtesy of leaving a positive feedback for us too.
If you are unhappy, with your purchase, PLEASE contact us, prior to leaving feedback, so we may have the opportunity to work things out.
We do not accept returns on herbs, oils, teas, waters, soaps, balms, powders or custom made items. All other items may be returned, at the buyers’ expense, for refund or exchange, for the purchase amount only. Items must still be in sellable (new) condition.
