We accept returns most NWT items, used items are all final sale. Items on sale or purchased using 'best offer' are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned. Contact must be made within 24 hours of the delivery date if you are planning on returning an item and the item MUST be received back to us in NWT condition within 7 days of the delivery date. A 25% restocking fee will be applied to all returns, unless the item is 'significantly not as described' due to an accidental oversight (in this case, we will issue a full refund plus return a shipping label), if past seven days a 50% restock fee will be applied. This is just to cover the costs it takes to process returns. We understand that restocking fees are a bummer, but are necessary for our small business. As a happy compromise we will waive all restocking fees for exchanges of equal or greater value.
