You can use cash, or credit / debit cards to top up your talk time. With this method the credit is added to you phone instantly. The top up card you will receive will show an expiry date of, for example 08/13. This simply means August 2013. If you damage or lose your E-top up card or if it expires, new ones can be picked up for free at any of the above outlets or by calling O2. Three top-up cards can be registered to each SIM card so other people can top-up your talk time on your behalf. You can check on your remaining credit at any time by calling O2 Customer Services from your mobile phone, or online.   Direct Debits using your credit / debit card: O2 does accept international credit cards for direct debit Top Ups, so you can Top Up before you leave home. To register your credit / debit card, contact O2 by dialing Customer Services from you mobile. Why not register your SIM and Credit card details at the same time.   Vouchers (Being fazed out) These come as either a scratch card or a printed receipt from a shop counter terminal. They’re available from all the shops as detailed above but it takes a short time for the credit to be available to you. Vouchers can be purchased for £5, £10, or £20.      Unless otherwise stated, call rates include VAT and are quoted by the minute, charged in one second increments rounded up to the nearest second and then rounded up to the nearest penny. Minimum connection charge for calls to O2 mobiles and standard UK landlines (starting 01, 02, 03) is 10p during the first three minutes of calls each day then 5p thereafter. For all other calls the minimum call charge is 10p, excluding premium rate numbers where a one minute minimum call charge applies. Prices may be subject to change.
