Payment.

The winning bidder must make contact or complete checkout within 3 days of the auction ending and all payments must be received within 7 days.Payment must be made within 7 days or goods will be relisted and negative feedback left. UK BUYERS -PAYPAL UK , UK sterling postal order accepted.  NON UK BUYERS - PAYPAL is the only method of payment we accept for international buyers. We do not charge extra or hide costs for paypal payments

Multiple Purchases.

Buyers can combine purchases for up to 7 days. Please EMAIL BEFORE completing Checkout and a combined invoice will be sent for your purchases. we always endeavour to combine shipping costs for the best price

Postage and Packing.

UK AUCTION WINNERS  We can not be held responsible for packages lost or broken in the mail, However Recorded delivery is included for all UK auction winners which insures the item against loss upto £28.00 , be aware that you must be home to sign for the package, or it comes back here... Eventually! Our postage costs include packaging and handling so there are no hidden extras . INTERNATIONAL BUYERS All items are shipped where possible via AIR MAIL. Returns and Refunds.

We hope all customers are happy with their purchases. In the unlikely event of any problems PLEASE EMAIL us and we will endeavour to resolve them. many of our items are vintage toys and collectables and as such have been owned by and played with by children so unless stated are not new and in therse circumsctance you cannot expect to recieve new items so we try to decribe the condition as accuratly as possible but one mans apple is another mans peach ! Please consider this prior to leaving any feed back, as most difficulties can be sorted out. Returns are only accepted where the item is damaged,faulty beyond any predescribed fault or substantially not as described. Returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt and must be AGREED IN ADVANCE.Replacement/refund will take place once the item has been returned complete and in its ORIGINAL condition. The buyer must pay the return postage, only the cost of the item will be refunded.(Proof of Posting Recommended).
