All payment must be in Great British Pounds £ (UK sterling).

UK Bidders may pay using Paypal, cheque to or postal order.

I do not accept USA Dollar money orders or cheques. Bidders from the USA please pay using paypal. 

Bidders outside the UK must pay using paypal only.

UK bidders paying by cheque please note that I have to allow a week for the cheque to clear.  Upon receipt of your UK cheque I will email you to let your know that it has arrived.  I try to bank most days but definitely every Monday Wednesday and Friday.

I aim to reply to all emails within 48 hours but please note that if you email me on a Friday you may not receive a response until the following Monday as I am not always around at the weekends.

Some of the items I sell are not full size, they are Gift With Purchase (gwp) size.  This gives you the opportunity to try a product before purchasing the full size.  I do not obtained gwp items free – I have to purchase them.

Some of my items are marked “not for individual sale” as they come in sets which I break down and sell individually.

All my auctions will state the size/quantity of the product so please be sure you read the description and are aware of the quantity of the item that you are purchasing.

 If you do not intend to pay please do not bid.  If payment is not made with in 7 days of the auction ending and you have not contacted me I will commence the non paying bidder process and leave negative feedback if payment is still not made.  All non paying bidders will be reported to ebay.
