This is one of those new 30 day BIN listings. This means if you watch it, you could be watching it for ages and then miss out.

The designer trousers are thick and soft cotton with a part elasticated waist 18m but fitted 2-2.5y better. Suit any season. There is a tiny mark on one leg but more like 2 small dots and hard to see

The top is stretch cotton and in good condition

I do accept returns if you are not happy or if something doesn't fit or if you change your mind. As you can see from my feedback some people seem to think I am telepathic! I will ALWAYS sort problems IF YOU TELL ME and will ensure that you are never ever out of pocket or are compensated for something due to my mistake or error of judgement. But PLEASE CONTACT ME by email and not the feedback system!
If you find something is not as described then I will ensure you are not out of pocket even for return costs. But please do not take advantage of me - I am getting fed up of this too!
I am just fed up of being ripped off by sellers and don't want my buyers to suffer this from me.
I am human (despite what some people think!) and so do occasionally make mistakes and can't blame this on anyone else as it's just me who does this ebay thing. I try not to make mistakes but this being human thing sometimes affects me so please try and let me sort any problems amicably if you are one of these human things too!

The brand new designer clothes I sell are mainly past seasons. They may have been stored for a while and so some may be musty or have crushed packaging etc. I try and note any 'defects' I notice.
This is the reason they are so cheap - they are not seconds and certainly not fakes and I am happy to answer any questions re condition etc before bidding

Shipping Costs

Delivery

I try not to rip you off on p&p charges and if you want to combine smaller items to around £100 value in the same parcel I charge £9.99 for courier delivery for it all to mainland UK addresses.No mainland UK via courier is around the £15 mark.

If you purchase a pushchair or something else which is large then I will send anything else you buy/win for no postage cost if it fits in the same parcel.

My P&P charge includes packaging costs and sweat and toil (no blood)

I set my BINs to immediate payment but if you buy several things and want them sent at the same time then of course I will refund any overpayment due to this!

Any courier costs quoted (if applicable) are for UK mainland only. Second courier option is for Highlands and Islands

If you live in the UK but not mainland or live in the Highlands then please select the second UK courier option to avoid me having to refund you and re-invoice

Insurance

We (again, it's just me trying to sound posh and business-like!) send via an insured method. Please remember that recorded delivery is NOT insurance but special delivery is.

Recorded delivery can not be tracked so if you would like tracking please contact me to arrange any extra payment towards special delivery or courier delivery

If you live outside the UK and want insurance (if not included) then contact me to pay the extra afterwards. This is approx £4.5-£6 depending on value and will give you more security too with signed for delivery.

See above stuff which explains my postage rules and if you dont understand any of it just ask. My aim is to ensure that everything I send is insured and reaches you safely and that the cost to you of doing this is as bargainatious and fair as it can be

I try and send as quickly as possible but as a busy mum of 9 (6 boys and 3 girls)-and I run several businesses from home, occasionally there are minor delays.

As you can see from my feedback I am pretty quick at sending - but some weeks I may not be as quick due to family pressures and life. Thankyou for your understanding

Please also be aware that I am not responsible for the time delivery takes once I have sent the item. I would love to be able to hand deliver everything (especially if you live in Bali or the Seychelles) but have to rely on couriers and the postal service. And they just aren't as fast as I would be!

Just because you have received parcels ordered after mine and your post office tells you there are no delays in your area doesnt mean that this is true or that I didnt send your parcel when I said I would do. I know from experience that delays with Royal Mail happen very often and receipt of parcels from elsewhere does not mean any I have sent to you would arrive at the same time or before.

I take a lot of care with what I sell and how I send it. I get very upset when buyers are not happy. My husband says I am silly and shouldn't take it personally - but I do. If for any reason you are not happy with my description of your item please contact me first and let's try and sort it. I'd rather have happy customers who return for more than miserable ones who think I don't care. (Did I mention I like wine and Baileys?)

We/I usually send within 4 working days of cleared payment.

If we don't there is usually a very good reason such as it's a Sunday and the Post office is shut or we are at A&E again with one of the children. Sometimes I have a day off. Sometimes....

I have 9 littlies so this happens from time to time. Until I have worked out a safe and painless way of removing lego and kidney beans from nostrils and ear canals there is always the risk that we might have to find a man who can and not be around to answer your query.
