The is a very popular
beginners helicopter. It is easy to fly and repair. It can be flown indoors and
out (weather permitting). All you need to do is open the
box, charge the helicopter and off you go. Also included in
the package is a Windows based flight simulator to allow you to practice before
committing to the skies. Simply load the software, and
connect the transmitter to your computer by the supplied USB lead.

Q: Are these items really in the UK and ready for delivery?
A: Yes, the items’ location is in London. We guarantee next
working day delivery as soon as your payment is cleared. If your order was on
Monday, you should receive the item on Wednesday. Please note Saturday & Sunday are not classed as working
days so orders placed on Friday or over the weekend will be delivered on
Tuesday. If your
item does not arrive within 5 working days of making your payment you must let
us know immediately.
Q: Are these helicopters ready to fly?
A: Yes, what we sell are ALL ready to fly, you don’t need to buy anything
else.
Q: I received item today, but I found there is a slight damage
on it, can I get compensation?
A: We always try our best to provide best package service, but
we would do some compensation only when you have paid insurance, if without
insurance we are sorry not to do any compensation. Please note there will not be
a compensation for serious damage or crash in any situation. For more
information please contact us.
Q: I received item today, but it
turned out to be faulty, can I get refund?
A: If you believe you have a faulty item please contact us in 7
days since you received. All transportation charges relating to the return of
goods will be borne to the buyer. Any item that is returned to us and found to
be not faulty will be subject to a £15
testing fee.
Q: Can I return it to get money back if I don’t like it?
A: We only accept return when you never use it within 7 days
since you received. If you are trying to return an item not in original
condition, we are sorry to not accept that. Items must be returned completely
unused and in the original packaging. Postage costs or return costs are
non-refundable under any circumstances.

Policy
Warning
1.The helicopter series is not a toy. It is a complex combination
of electronics, mechanics, and aerodynamics. It requires proper setup and fine
adjustment to avoid accident.
2.When charging the battery, do not overcharge. Overcharging may
result in fire or explosion. When the battery is hot during charging, please
stop charging at once. Use specified charge only. Never short circuit! The
battery must be properly disposed of.
3.Children under 14 years old are strictly forbidden from flying
the helicopter.
4.When your helicopter is running, any causes which stop the
rotor blades spinning or make collision will result in serious damage or
burning. Please immediately turn down the throttle stick at the lowest
position!
Cautions
1.Because the helicopter is operated by radio control, it is
important to make sure you are always using fresh and/or fully charged
batteries. Never allow the batteries to run to low all you could loss control
of the helicopter.
2.Do not allow any of electric components to get wet. Otherwise
electric damage may occur.
3.You should complete a successfully range check of your radio
equipment prior to each new day of flying, or prior to the first flight of a new
or repaired model.
4.If the helicopter gets dirty, don’t use any solvents to clean
it. Solvents will damage the plastic and composite parts.
5.Always turn on the transmitter before plugging in the flight
battery and always unplug the flight battery before turning of the
transmitter.
6.Never cut the receiver antenna shorter or you could loss
control of the helicopter during flight.
7.When flying the helicopter, please make sure that the
transmitter antenna is completely extended and is pointed up toward the sky, not
down toward the ground.

Due to

the conditions that a product may have been subjected to. For this reason We
accept no liability for damage and consequent damage arising from the use of the
products, because we have no control over the way they are installed, used, and
