FAULTY OR INCORRECT GOODS SENT BY US - Buyers must contact us for a Goods Returns Authorisation (GRA) before sending back to us. The GRA form must be completed fully and MUST accompany goods. Any goods received without the GRA will not be accepted. We will refund return costs upon receipt of goods.<BR>
