Second Class UK Delivery or International Airmail
 Most titles are in-hand and I am able to disspatch within 48 hours. However, sometimes I will have to order direct from my wholesaler who will ship within 5 days.

Royal Mail wait 14 working days to declare a package lost, but we will send you a replacement if you haven't received it after only 5 WORKING DAYS to make sure you go through minimum inconvenience and you always get your game the fastest from us. ONLY for UK Orders The Royal Mail will not consider a Second Class parcel lost until 14 working days have passed, an Airmail parcel until 28 working days.

If the item incurs further damage in transit to that described in your email we will inform you immediately so you can claim from your carrier.
