About us

This jewelry was designed and handmade by our jewelry designers in Hong Kong. They are enthusiastic designers & jewelers that have 10 over years of experiences in fabrication of jewelry products including silver, brass, beads, pearls and gemstones etc.

More importantly, our materials are selected from the most reliable jewelry findings and gemstones shops/factories in Hong Kong or China.  We select our materials very carefully that not only is the best service for you but it’s also our enthusiasm for genuine jewelry.

We are on the way to establish our company in Hong Kong, which will be in operation soon. Our main business is to design, manufacture, sales and marketing of jewelry with natural gemstones & pearls etc.  Our company web page will soon be available.

Payment & Return

Currently, we accept payment arrangement under Paypal only.

All our items are in new and perfect condition. We sell only quality merchandise. We have a 3-days-refund policy after receiving the package.  RMA no. (RETURN MATERIAL AUTHORIZATION number) must be granted via email, prior to goods return. Goods must be returned in original condition. 

Shipping charges is not refundable.  Buyers are liable for postage on all returns for any reason.

Shipping

Goods will be shipped by Airmail via Hong Kong Post Office within 2-3 business days after payment clears.  Normally, it takes 7-14 business days to arrive. Shipping costs include actual shipping rate, a handling fee, materials for packaging and insurance.

We do not ship to non-registered Paypal shipping address.

We strive to portray all information on our products accurately, including product images and colors.  Due to the variance of computers and monitors, colors may vary.  So please be aware of that.

All items bid and won are to be paid in 7 days. If not, a non-payment bidder alert will be filed with ebay, and a negative feedback will be given. If there is a problem, please keep us inform.

All Tariffs and extra fees associated with overseas sales are to be settled by the buyer, seller assumes no responsibility for these.
