My courier is parcel force.Once payment has been received your printer will be sent out within 2-3 working days.All printers are sent out on 48 hour delivery from the day it is dispatched.Please note that Saturday and Sunday are not classed as working days by parcel force.A signature is required by parcel force on delivery. Buyers who pay by paypal will automatically be sent an email with the tracking info sent to the email address used by you for paypal.Buyers who pay by other means will be sent the tracking info if they provide me with an email address.Any printer that is sent back to me by parcel force because they could not deliver it will not be sent out again until the cost of carriage is repaid by the buyer.This is very rare and if you will not repay for redelivery you will be refunded less 20% restocking fee.Parcel force operate on a zonal basis throughout the uk and I get charged a surcharge for the following postcodes.IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-78, PH17-44, ZE. The printers I sell are either end of line,ex demos or customer returns.each printer is processed,tested,cleaned and only put on eBay after they are working 100%.Every printer is sent out with a power cable&installation disc which may be a copy of an original disc.Manuals are supplied as and when I have them.Most installation discs incorperate a manual on the disc.All Epson & canon printers are sent out with inks installed.these are generally left in after testing to get you printing out of the box.Most HP & Lexmark printers are sold without inks unless the relevant ad say there are inks with the printer.
