Product boxes may, in some cases, be tatty but anything more than superficial cover damage will be specified. Please feel free to ask for more information if you are unsure. Warranty is supplied with some of our larger or more expensive items, this will be noted and will be full RTB. All customers will receive a separate invoice from us. These, however are produced by our accounts department and are often sent out up to 10 days later. This is not an invoice that is requesting payment as you will already have paid through Ebay it is nothing more than a proof of purchase.

All printers come with at least 25% of inks, in most cases this is a lot higher, but feel free to call for exact percentage. You can also call for other specifications including page count Most of our printers are refurbished, this means they are fully restored, tested and checked by our expert engineers and anything that is faulty will be replaced to ensure the printer is working perfectly. Software is not always supplied with our product's but can be downloaded free of charge from the manufacturer's website.

All of the items we sell on Ebay are VAT inclusive, the only thing added is the shipping charge. Once payment clears we will ship within one working day by 24 hour courier (Northern Ireland takes a little longer and costs more!). For example an order placed on Tuesday can (and often is) with you as soon as Wednesday! For more information about shipping costs and costs concerning Northern Ireland please call us or send an e-mail. Southern Ireland is cheaper that Northern Ireland due to arrangements with our courier's.
