All Cartridges have 100% new imaging drums, wiper blades, doctor blades, and all moving components, electronic chips are replaced where required.

Cartridge internal cleaning Cartridges passing visual examination are systematically cleaned using state-of-the art technology and equipment. Each cartridge is then tested, with the aid of advanced electronic testing equipment, to determine the anticipated life-span and quality of electronic circuitry and casing materials. Each cartridge is weighed to ensure that all ink has been removed from the cartridge and that a maximum ink fill can be achieved. Refilling On completion of the first stage of the quality and cleaning programme each cartridge is meticulously filled with premium grade, quality inks. Utilising both precision manufacturing equipment and vacuum-controlled conditions to enhance and protect the purity of the end product, recycled inkjet and laser toner cartridges of the highest quality are in the making. Refilled cartridges are examined again visually and electronically. Cartridges are further tested under pressure-controlled conditions to ensure an absolute seal on the unit. Random testing is undertaken to monitor quality control. After a vigorous and lengthy testing and quality inspection programme, the recycled cartridge is enclosed, under vacuum-controlled conditions, in hermitically sealed, anti-static packaging. The product is finally placed in uniquely designed, sustainable packaging; clearly labeled, detailing product codes, content and highlighting the need to recycle the product again. Customer Returns Policy:

* If for any reason your item is damaged upon receiving it let us know and a replacement will be sent out. We would require the old item back and would supply a FREEPOST returns address.

Delivery Service and Charges

IMPORTANT SHIPPING INFORMATION:- Please supply an address where a signature can be obtained. Also, if a contact number can be given, this can help the Courier Company during delivery. If paying by Paypal you can write the contact number in the message section. Our courier company will try to deliver your item twice, leaving a card on each attempt, and then it is up to you, the customer, to contact the courier company and collect your item from your local depot. If you do not collect the item within 2 days it will be sent back to our warehouse and you will incur a second postal charge if we are to re-deliver.

We try to make the Delivery process as simple as possible and are able to send your order to your home or work address.

We endeavour to despatch all orders placed before 3.30 pm (Monday - Friday) within 24 hours of receiving the order, subject to stock availability and security checks. Orders placed outside this time will be processed the following working day.
