Return Policy
Non German Consumers may cancel their contract within 30 days without stating a reason by mail, fax or e-mail or by returning the goods to the adress below. The period of 30 days starts with receipt of the purchased goods and the terms of this return policy in written form. To meet the deadline it is sufficient to dispatch the goods or the note of cancellation in time.

In case of a valid cancellation of the contract the exchanged goods/payment have to be returned to the other party plus the amount for the use that has been made of the goods or the interest made of the payment. If you return the goods fully or partially damaged you may have to reimburse us. This does not apply to damages caused by either testing the goods – like in a stationary store – or using them in a regular manner.
Items that can be sent by parcel have to be sent back at our risk. Items that cannot be sent by parcel will be picked up by us. You will have to pay the costs of shipping if the goods delivered comply the the goods ordered and the price of the item to be sent back does not exceed the price of 29 GBPound or if the price exceeds 29 GBpound and you have not paid the full price or a part of an agreed installment. In every other case the shipping is free. |
