Royal Ralph Hinman 1785 - 1868, lawyer and historian compiled these letters and documents to clarify the facts about relations between the Colonies and England in the early years. 

372 pages plus a portrait of Charles II, a page of facsimile signatures of early governors of Connecticut, and a page of signatures of Kings and Queens of England. 

Condition
Original publishes cloth boards with a more recent cloth spine, new endpapers, pages are browned with foxing etc.  All complete.
Size is 7½ by 4¾ inches
