Fitting Guide

Please note all Emotion Shoes and Boots only come in one fitting per style. Please check above to see if this style is E, EE or EEE fitting.

All of Emotion’s boots and shoes are designed to have additional calf width, ankle width and foot width.

To find out if you need a wider fit shoe or boot, follow the simple instructions below to find your perfect fit.

 

To measure foot length

  • Stand on a level floor with the back of your heel against a straight edge (or wall).
  • Place a ruler alongside your foot. Place another ruler on the floor touching the tip of your longest toe and across the ruler by the side of your foot.
  • Record the length in millimeters.
  • You may find one foot is longer than the other, this is quite normal, please use the larger size when making your selection.
  • Don’t be surprised if the size you measure is not the same as the size you regularly wear.
  • Please ensure you are wearing socks when measuring for shoes and boots.

To measure foot width

  • Measure the circumference of both feet at the widest part of the foot.
  • Place a tape measure underneath and around the top of the foot at the widest position and note the measurement in millimeters.

To determine your size

  • Compare both measurements (taking the larger of each) and from the chart below read off your complete size and fitting information.
  • Please note however that some fittings may vary due to characteristics of different styles and different customer’s feet. Some customers may need to try a smaller or larger size to determine the best fit.
  • Please remember this guide is just that – a guide
  • Example if you measure between 229 and 237 mm in length and 235 in width then choose 4 EEE.
