FULLY OVERHAULED EMI-MEC SUPER SPRINT 30 CNC CONTROLLED AUTOMATIC LATHE.   The overhaul procedure is carried out as follows:   The machine is thoroughly cleaned & re painted. The collet assembly is rebuilt with new bearings & seals. All slides are checked & fitted with new wipers & lubricators. The spindle motor is reconditioned. The X & Z axis servo motors are reconditioned. The  hydraulic / pneumatic system is overhauled. The lubrication system is cleaned & fitted with new oil metering units. The bar feed is reconditioned including a new tube. All of our machinery can be demonstrated under power at our warehouse. Opening times are Monday to Friday 8am – 4.30 pm. Other times are no problem, if you let us know when you are coming.  We are conveniently located just 5 minutes from Junction 2 M5 Motorway. (in the heart of the black country) We have full loading facilities with over head cranes, fork lifts & can Offer a competitive quote for delivery if required.
