By submitting your order you are offering to buy the goods and allowing us to use your personal details for the purposes of supplying them (including passing your details on to couriers). We will not use your details for other purposes without asking your consent and you may ask that your details are removed from our system by writing to us. We are not obliged to supply the goods to you until we have confirmed acceptance of your order and this is when the contract is made. You do not own the goods until we receive payment in full. 
When you place an order to purchase a product from us, we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt (unless an order is placed over the phone) of your order and containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we send e-mail confirmation to you that we've despatched that product to you. That acceptance will be complete at the time we send the despatch confirmation e-mail to you. Any products on the same order, which we have not confirmed in a despatch confirmation e-mail to have been despatched, do not form part of that contract. If you discover you have made a mistake with your order please contact customer care immediately. Our website information is regularly checked, but if we find the price has changed when we receive your order you can be sure we will contact you to ask if you wish to proceed.

We aim to deliver goods to you within the time indicated by us but we cannot give an exact delivery time. Express delivery to mainland UK destinations is usually next day, although not guaranteed. We request mainland UK customers requiring this service to place their order before 2.00pm. International orders, as a rule, are shipped using a trackable and insured carrier service. You should inspect the goods when you receive them for defects or damage. If you find a defective or damaged item please inform us as soon as possible, in order that we can resolve the matter with minimum delay - any damage to an item needs to be reported to us within 1 day of receipt. Non-delivery of an order needs to be reported to us within 2 working days of the date of despatch.

Return policy

Claims
When you purchase online, you have a statutory right to return a Product (other than perishable produce) up to 14 days after your order has been delivered. We can change or cancel an order up until it is dispatched. If the order has been dispatched, you can return the Product to us  unopened and in original packagaing and we will organise a refund (excluding delivery cost). If a Product is damaged or faulty please contact us and we will organise a replacement or refund.
