SHIPPING CHARGES on heavier items will be determined at the end of auction, otherwise shipping and insurance are shown on the auction site. If I have "quoted" {not what is listed on the auction site} a shipping price and it is higher than actual postage and packing materials I do refund the difference. I do not refund money on shipping charges to or from your residence. Foreign postage costs are only estimates but I try hard to be pretty accurate on estmates.

NOTE: I ship priority rate because it gets to you fast. Parcel post can take up to 6 weeks now to arrive so I do not ship that way except large/heavy pieces.
