mint sealed = new sealed disc direct from the manufacturer

mint = disc in pristine condition with no marks or blemishes, this may be a used but perfectly looked after cd that is either new or as new. The inlay will also be in perfect condition but the case may have scratches or as it is not sealed & may have become scratched in storage.

near mint = this disc will have a minor mark on it somewhere which disqualifys it from the mint description. It will be pretty much perfect all the same the inlay will pe perfect but the case may have scratches & label marks.

vg = this disc will have the odd visable scratch but nothing major & will play perfectly. The inlay will be perfect but the case may have scratches or label marks.

good = this disc will have been well played & will will look marked &have quite a few scratches on its surface but will play through perfectly without jumping. The inlay will be present & the case may have scratches & label marks

If buying from overseas please make sure that the item will play on your equipment before buying. All videos & dvds are in pal uk format region 2 unless otherwise stated. Please note that all none uk transactions must be paid for using paypal.

Yes all my items are 100% original items from major record & dvd studios. I dont trade in copies

2.which payments do you accept

Paypal only at the moment but please contact me if you desperately need an item & dont have a paypal account.

3.When can I expect to recieve my item.

Within one week of purchase & usually sooner.

4.my item is faulty or doesent appear to be as described what can i do

Please email me if you have any issues with the condition of your item, in most cases a refund or replacement can be arranged & good customer service is my priority.

5.My item has failed to arrive what can I do

I always obtain proof of postage when sending items & if the item is lost by the gpo I will provide this for you so that you can claim the cost of none delivery direct from them. If you have paid recorded delivery costs I will refund personally & claim from the gpo.

6.When can i expect a reply to my email/question.

I always try to reply to all emails & questions within 7 days, usually this will be within 1 day but sometimes I have to go away & am unable to access my email so please be patient.

7.can i collect in person

Due to a busy lifestyle & problems in the past when collected items have then been disputed I now insist that all items are posted. This enables me to be able to prove despatch to ebay.
