Hi and thanks for checking out my auction. For collection only.......

In this condition, this 1974 Elka X55 stage organ is a rare find. It is in amazing original condition with just a couple of non original modifications.

Firstly, this is what comes with the organ. You get, the Elka X55 stage organ complete with the lid and also the locking catch keys...which still work. You also get, the original legs and Elka cross brace. The fixings for the legs are one of the afformentioned non-original parts, but they work just fine. Also included is the original pedal board and the original swell/volume pedal including all the leads to connect the pedals to the organ. Not only that, the original cases for both the legs and the main pedal board are also included. As I said, it's a rare find and as a small bonus....it all works perfectly too.

The other non-original part is a professionally installed Leslie speaker switch and speaker output which will allow connection of any Leslie speaker and allows the speaker to be partly controlled through the switch on the front of the organ.

The bottom line is this organ has been seriously well looked after and has been owned by just one organist since it was new some 35 years ago. Please don't think the organ is in showroom condition because it's not, but it is in stunning working condition and amazing cosmetic condition. The wood effect by the drawbars has worn to a shine (see pictures). The green tolex is near perfect but has a couple of small marks here and there. The chrome legs are incredible and there is no tarnishing. The Elka brace bar has a couple of small marks. There is a small amount of wear on the writing of a couple of the switches but they are all still legible.

I would highly recommend viewing of this classic organ. In the old words of many an advert......"first to see will buy", or at least "bid".

Please note, this is a collection onlty auction. Please respect that and please don't ask for courier delivery.....it's not an option.
